Unbelievable view, excellent breakfast buffet, kind and friendly staff, helpful Spa therapist.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Control panel for light, curtain, phone. Toilet with TV, spa, steam room, different light colors. Massive room. Helpful reception team. Clean area, near high-class shops and restaurants.

The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with the rooms being spacious and super clean. I was particularly impressed with the hotel facilities, including the outdoor pool and spa room, which added an extra level of luxury to my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a central area that was both close to the city's shopping center and historical sites, yet still away from the tourist crowds. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start my day.

From resolving a tour guide issue promptly to providing a discounted stay for the future, their excellent customer service impressed us. The food at Galvin Restaurant was also really good, adding to our enjoyable experience. we highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location, great facilities, and attentive team.

Excellent location, stylish decor, spacious rooms with great amenities including a personal steam room/shower. Friendly and accommodating staff. Super comfy bed, though pillows were too soft. Upscale shopping and dining options nearby. A top experience, definitely on my shortlist for future trips.

I had an amazing stay at Park Hyatt Istanbul. The room I was upgraded to was immense luxury, with all the amenities I could wish for. The breakfast, although charged separately, was extensive and delicious. The hotel is located in a good area, surrounded by luxury shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff was efficient and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near major sites, making it easy to access both public transportation and taxis. it is close to a lovely park, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are diverse and delicious, offering something for everyone. The hotel also has a dedicated restaurant, where you can enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner.

There were some minor details that could be improved upon, such as the lack of body lotion in the bathrooms, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were blown away by the luxurious amenities provided. the Spa & wellness centre here is second to none, with a peaceful Sauna and a refreshing Swimming pool that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. the Jacuzzi and Massage sessions were also exceptional, with highly qualified spa therapists ensuring that all our needs were met. the Restaurant at this hotel also deserves special mention, serving up delectable Halal food that really hit the spot.

While everything else was top-notch, we did wish for a little more privacy in our accommodations.

Amazing location, close to many restaurants and shops. We loved being able to walk around and explore the vibrant neighborhood. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a beautiful bathroom that had a steam room and a TV. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the bath gel smelled divine.

The hotel entrance and lobby were underwhelming, not as excellent as in the pictures. The hotel lacked atmosphere and felt a bit lifeless.

We absolutely loved the hotel's Art Deco meets Cigar lounge decor. The light fixtures and the creative seats on the steps in the hotel lobby were beautiful. It felt like stepping into the 1920's for a bit. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the toiletries smelled wonderful. The staff went above and beyond, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops in Nisantasi. We will definitely choose Park Hyatt Macka Palas again when we visit Istanbul.

The location is perfect in the middle of the Nişantaşı shopping area and near to the City's shopping center. Staff is highly professional and considerate. Room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet.
